Industrial Designer based in London, working as the Senior Industrial Designer for Connected Kerb, an EV charging infrastructure business.
I'm a native of Auckland, New Zealand, yet my studies brought me to the United States, where I graduated magna cum laude in Industrial Design and Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. My passions are focused on the intersection of user-centric design and business. This focus influences my approach to designing products that fulfill the needs of expansive and evolving markets.
Before my role at Connected Kerb, I worked as an Industrial Designer on GE Appliances cooking team by designing and developing products for all GEA brands. Prior to that, I led the end-to-end design function for all Commercial and Retail Air Conditioning products and supported the Air and Water Business.
As an avid international traveler, I've leveraged those travel opportunities to gain critical insights and add significant value to her understanding of design challenges on a global scale. I had the honor of serving as the 2022 IDEA Jury Chair.
IDEA celebrates design innovation through products and services that benefit the user, client, and society to deliver excellent design solutions. It was a great experience working alongside such a diverse and talented group of designers and educators. It was great to see such a diverse span of entries as IDEA profiles and advocates while celebrating world-leading design that ultimately affects cultural change and positive human interaction.
